white-space: pre-wrap; font-family: 'Segoe UI Historic','Segoe UI',Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; color: #050505; font-size: 15px;\">\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Objetivo de la consultor\u00eda:<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Acompa\u00f1ar y garantizar la implementaci\u00f3n de planes de igualdad en empresas privadas que participaron en la primera edici\u00f3n del Diplomado en Ambientes Laborales libres de violencia.<\/p>\n<p>Sistematizar buenas pr\u00e1cticas empresariales producto de la implementaci\u00f3n de planes de igualdad en el favorecimiento de espacios laborales libres de violencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Perfil:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Profesional graduado de carreras del \u00e1rea human\u00edstica: educaci\u00f3n, psicolog\u00eda, trabajo social, sociolog\u00eda, entre otros.<\/li>\n<li>Conocimiento comprobable en el enfoque de g\u00e9nero, enfoque de interseccionalidad, inclusi\u00f3n, derechos humanos, cultura de paz.<\/li>\n<li>Profesional sensible a los enfoques de g\u00e9nero, derechos humanos y educaci\u00f3n para la paz.<\/li>\n<li>Especialista en transversalizaci\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero, con conocimientos en gesti\u00f3n del talento humano.<\/li>\n<li>Con conocimiento de la realidad laboral de El Salvador, con \u00e9nfasis en la poblaci\u00f3n joven.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00ednimo de tres a\u00f1os de experiencia en trabajo con empresas privadas en cuanto a acciones relacionadas con el enfoque de atenci\u00f3n psicosocial y de abordaje de todos los tipos de violencia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: inherit;
